“La Ville Noir” is a series that is centered in the fictitious city of “New Hope”, a city filled with corruption and violence. The series chapters are stories that occur in the city that aren’t necessarily related to each other. The only constant element is the presence of the “T Company”, a corporation so powerful that it controls everything in the city (including illegal activities).
